On April 25, 2025, the university-enterprise cooperation exchange meeting between Southeast University and the 14th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) was held at the National Graduate College for Elite Engineers of Southeast University. Xia Linghao, Executive Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of the 14th Research Institute, Sun Xuezheng, Deputy Director of the Advanced Research Division of its Science and Technology Department, and two other colleagues attended the meeting. On the university side, Cao Xianghui, Vice Dean of the National Graduate College for Elite Engineers, Jiang Weixiang, Vice Dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering, as well as faculty members from the National Graduate College for Elite Engineers were present.
The meeting aimed to further improve the full-process university-enterprise collaboration mechanism for the joint training of outstanding engineers, and promote in-depth integration of talent cultivation and technological innovation. During the discussion session, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on training fields, training programs, mentor teams and platform development. Both parties agreed to take major demands and key research tasks as the driving force, leverage joint strengths, and jointly develop core courses and practical training courses, build training platforms, and strengthen the mentor team to improve the quality of outstanding engineer training. During the meeting, Cao Xianghui presented an appointment letter of enterprise mentor to Xia Linghao.
This exchange clarified the specific approaches and phased goals for future cooperation, laying a solid foundation for follow-up joint technological research, physical platform construction and long-term collaborative mechanisms. Both sides will accelerate the implementation of specific cooperation projects in the next stage.
