On April 16, the progress meeting for the Southeast University–China Unicom Network Communication Security Exceptional Engineer Technology Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Exceptional Engineer Center”) was held at the School of Exceptional Engineers. The meeting was attended by Liu Liu, Senior Vice President of China Unicom Jiangsu Government and Enterprise BG; Li Meng, Director of the Science and Technology Innovation Department; Shen Xin, Product Manager; Zhang Yu, Customer Manager of Government and Enterprise BG; Cao Xianghui, Deputy Dean of Southeast University’s National Graduate School of Exceptional Engineers; and teachers from the Engineering Innovation and Training Center of the school.
During the meeting, both sides held in-depth discussions on the construction plan of the Exceptional Engineer Center, research cooperation, joint talent cultivation, and the construction of practical training platforms, and clarified the division of tasks and key milestones for the next stage. Both sides agreed that the coordination mechanism should be further strengthened, communication should be enhanced, and the various construction tasks of the center should be promoted to implementation as soon as possible. During the meeting, Cao Xianghui presented off-campus mentor appointment letters to experts including Liu Liu.
